Exchange Policy
| As the heart and soul of our products, we here at |

want you to be just as satisfied with our products as we |
| are. If you have received a defective product, no biggie; we will happily give you an exchange. If you realize that the |
| product you ordered does not jive with you as much as it did when you ordered it last week, we can help. |
For an exchange, give us a shout with the following information:
a. your name
b. address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
c. daytime telephone number
d. email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
e. a picture of your defective item (if you are exchanging because of defect)
f. date of your purchase and order number
g. the name of the item you would like to receive in exchange.

| ship the product back to. Any items being shipped back for exchange must be pre-paid by the customer and in their |
| original or equivalent packaging. |

After you have prepared your item to be shipped back, send us an email along with the following information:
a. your name
b. courier used to ship the product
c. tracking number
d. date the parcel was shipped
e. expected delivery date at our warehouse
When we have received your exchange package, we will contact you and ship out your items.
Note: If you have purchased an ESPE product from a retailer, the merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

we want you to feel good about your purchase, but sometimes, things don't happen the way you want it |
| to. We get that and we feel for you. That's why we accept returns within 30 days with the receipt and your item in an |
| unused condition. The customer will be credited for the cost of the items and all applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. |

For Canada and U.S. Customers:
$12 shipping fee applies to all online orders. Free shipping on all purchases over $150 before applicable taxes.
